NOTICE: On June 13th around 8:40 PM a home in the 1500 block of Joe Pyron Drive was broken into while the owner was at church. The alarm sounded and scared off the burglar, but not before a laptop was taken. If you have any information about this please contact the police. Also, please keep your eyes open for any suspicious activity, and if you see something suspicious call the police at 862-8600. If the threat is immediate call 911.

Section 14, ... No tractor trailers, buses, or other large commercial vehicles shall be parked on driveways or on streets.
Section 12, No signs, advertisement, billboard or advertising structure of any kind with the exception of "For Sale" signs, shall be exposed to view on any lot without prior consent of the Association. One "For Sale" sign not to exceed 3x3 feet may be placed in front of the residence. No other signs shall be placed on or about the common area, without permission from the board. The Board does not remove signs from homeowner's property.
Section 23, All pets shall be maintained within the confines of the lot of the pet owner. No pet shall be allowed to trespass, defecate, or otherwise damage the property of other owners. Residents who have dogs wander onto their property are allowed to retain it and call Metro Animal Control at 862-7928. Hours for Animal Control are: Tues, Thurs, Sat 8-4 and Weds. 10-4.
